Puente del Alamillo
The Puente del Alamillo spans the Canal de Alfonso XIII in Seville, connecting the city to the island La Cartuja. The bridge opened in 1992 for Expo 92.
Le Viaduc de Millau
Opened in December 2004, the Millau Viaduc spans the Tarn River valley near Millau. 2,460 meters (8,071 feet) long the road deck is 270 meters (886 feet) above the river.
Erasmusbrug
The Erasmusbrug spans the Nieuwe Maas river connecting the north and south sections of Rotterdam.
Rio Antirio Bridge
The Rio-Antirrio bridge spans the Gulf of Corinth linking Peloponnese with mainland Greece. Officially known as the Charilaos Trikoupis bridge, it has the second longest cable-stayed deck (only the Le Viaduc de Millau is longer).

The Octavio Frias de Oliveira bridge spans the Pinheiros River in Sao Paulo. The bridge opened in May 2008.
Sunshine Skyway Bridge
Opened in 1987, the Sunshine Skyway bridge spans the Tampa Bay connection St. Petersburg and Terra Ceia.
Ponte Vasco da Gama
Ponte Vasco da Gama spans the Tagus River connecting Sacavem and Alcochete. Opened in March 1998, the 6 lane bridge is 17.2 km (10.7 mi) long.

Oresund Bridge
The Oresund bridge spans the Oresund Strait connecting Malmo, Sweden and Copenhagen, Denmark. Opened in July 2000, the bridge actually ends in the middle of the strait, a tunnel completes the connection to Copenhagen.
Seri Wawasan Bridge
The Seri Wawasan Bridge spans the Putrajaya Lake connecting Precincts 2 and 8 of the city of Putrajaya. The bridge opened in 2003.
